Course description
This course has been developed for anyone who deals with the administration of contracts, from clients, designers, safety advisors and principal contractors to general contractors and estimators.
Aim and objectives of the course
For candidates to develop an appreciation of the CDM regulations and be able to incorporate the requirements into their working practices. Understand their own and other duty holders responsibilities. Prepare basic safety plans and understand the requirements for the safety file.

- Roles of the main duty holders
- Pre-tender safety plans
- Construction phase safety plans
- Safety files
- Practical excesses.
