CDM Co-ordination
All those involved in Construction beware! CDM does not stand for Cadbury’s Dairy Milk but the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. These were revised and reissued in 2007, partly because the HSE found that “enforcement [of CDM1994] has proved more difficult than expected.”
For all but the smallest of projects, the key appointment is that of the CDM Co–ordinator, a key project advisor to the client in respect of health and safety management matters. C-MIST has extensive expertise in providing CDM Co-ordinator services and peace of mind for clients on a wide range of project types including:
- Housing;
- Commercial;
- Industrial;
- Manufacturing;
- Educational;
- Libraries; and
- Leisure and sport stadiums.
